1/24 Get your tack and equipment just right， and then forget about it and concentrate on the horse。
选好合适的马具，然后忘掉这些马具而把注意力放在马上。
2/24 The horse is bigger than you are， and it should carry you.The quieter you sit， the easier this will be for the horse。
马比你个头大，应该驮着你。你坐在马身上，应该坐安静。
3/24 The horse‘s engine is in the rear。 Thus， you must ride your horse from behind， and not focus on the forehand simply because you can see it。
马的发动机是后躯，所以骑马时要关注后驱。而不只是专注于视野中的前躯。
4/24 It takes two to pull。 Don‘t pull。 Push。
只有人马一起才能拉住缰绳。别拉，骑出去。
5/24 For your horse to be keen but submissive， it must be calm， straight and forward。
想要马敏锐顺从，首先要让他冷静，站直，向前。
6/24 When the horse isn‘t straight， the hollow side is the difficult side。
当马的身体不正直的时候，凹进去的那边不好控制。
7/24 The inside rein controls the bending， the outside rein controls the speed。
内方缰管屈挠，外方缰管速度。

21/24 Young horses are like children—give them a lot of love， but don‘t let them get away with anything。
