武功山位于江西省萍乡市东南,属罗霄山脉北段。景区面积130.5平方公里,辖金顶、九龙山、发云界、羊狮幕四大景区,主峰白鹤峰海拔1918.3米。武功山雄奇俊秀、景色迷人,自古为江南三大名山之一,有“衡首庐尾武功中”之美誉。十万亩高山草甸,碧波万倾,奇绝神州。

武功山风光旖旎,海拔高差1600米,高山垂直型自然植被景观为江西省境内罕见,高山草甸,黄山松群落为江南罕见。武功山的自然生态环境集雄、险、 奇、幽、秀于一山;奇峰怪岩,佛光云海,幽泉飞瀑,高山草甸,奇花异草,景观交相辉印。

武功山越野赛以最雄秀俊美的高山草甸为核心赛段,在海拔一千五百米以上绵延不绝、广阔无际的草甸上肆意奔跑,时而阳光透过云层洒在碧波上,时而风云变幻、迷雾袅袅;啧啧称奇,壮秀风景尽收眼底。因此,武功山也被誉为中国南部的“越野跑圣地”。

强制装备和建议装备

100公里组和50公里组参赛选手在领取赛包时同时接受强制装备检查,比赛途中各检查站也将抽查选手的强制装备。武功山气候多变,海拔落差大,我们强烈建议您在比赛过程中携带所有强制装备以保障自身安全。

Mandatory equipment and recommended equipment

All the participants of the 100km and the 50km have to accept mandatory equipment check when they collect the race pack. During the race, mandatory equipment check also happens at the check points and we randomly check the mandatory equipment at the checkpoints. The weather is changeable in Wugong Mountain, which has a high drop. We strongly recommend that you carry all the mandatory equipments during the race to ensure your safety.

Competition Rules

1、All participants should carry out storage, check-in and assembly according to the competition items in the specified time and area.

2、Race Timing

1、所有参赛运动员须按照规定到相应的存放点存放个人物品,不接受任何贵重物品(包括手机、钱包、银行卡、iPad 等)的存放,如若参赛运动员将贵重物品私藏在寄存包内办理了存放而丢失,组委会不予任何赔偿。参赛运动员可在比赛当日到指定存包处领取个人存放物品。如超过领取时间没有领取的,可于第二天到赛事组委会领取,如 5 日之内不领取或不联系组委会,组委会将按无人领取处理。

1.Baggage deposit will be made available to all runners. Please do not put valuables in your deposit bag (such as mobile phones, wallet, credit card, iPad, etc.). While maximum care and security will be enforced, the Race organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items. Participants who choose to use this service may do so at their own risk. All runners can get their personal items at the designated package place on the race day. Those who are unable to collect the baggage by above-mentioned time can go to the organizing committee for the next day and claim your bag within five days after the race. After these five days, all unclaimed baggage will be disposed by organizing committee.

2、组委会将对起点、全程路线和终点进行监察,出现以下违反比赛规定的参赛运动员将被取消参赛成绩并报请组委会裁判组追加处罚:

1)报名存在严重的欺骗行为(如虚假年龄、伪造成绩证书);

2)比赛时由他人替跑;

3)一名运动员同时携带两组或两组以上计时芯片参加比赛;

4)不按规定在非报名赛组的起跑点起跑;

5)起点活动中不按规定时间出发抢跑;

6)关门时间到后拒绝停止比赛,拒绝退出赛道;

7)没有沿规定路线跑完各个赛组的全程,蓄意绕近道(偏离赛道500米以上)或途中插入;

8)不服从赛事工作人员指挥,干扰比赛有序运行的。

9)非主观因素跑错线路,按本组该段最慢分段成绩计算每公里耗时,罚时时间=缺失路段公里数×耗时。

2.There will be surveillance for the starting points, the entire race route and the finishing points. A runner who commits any of the following violations shall bedisqualified for race or be banned from competing in the race, and he/she shall be reported to the organizing committee for additional penalties.

l Cheat in registration, such as false age, fake experience certificate;

l Make other people take place of themselves during the race;

l Carry two or more timing chips in the race;

l Starts the race not in the designated area;

l Have false start in the starting point activities without following the provisions;

l Occupies the race track after the gate closing time despite being dissuaded or returns to the race track after quitting;

l Finishes the race without following the specified route or by taking a shortcut deliberately(deflect the route over 500meters)or any means of transportation in the midway;

l Refuses to follow the directions of the event staff or interferes with the race or fights or gathers a crowd to make disturbances.

l If there is a wrong route due to non-subjective factors, the time per kilometer will be calculated according to the result of the slowest section in this section of the group. The penalty time = the number of kilometers of the missing section times× the time taken.

如遇下列情况参赛运动员将被取消或终止比赛资格:

1)拒绝强制装备检查或缺乏强制装备;

2)恶意冒犯其他参赛选手和工作人员;

3)拒绝服从赛事组织方、医生、救护者、志愿者的合理安排;

4)未能在检查站关闭前到达。

The participants will be disqualified or cut-offed in the event of the following conditions:

l Refuse mandatory gear check or lack of mandatory gear.

l Offending other runners and volunteers.

l Refuse to follow instructions of the organizer, medical emergency staff and volunteers.

l Arriving later than any cut-off time.

【年龄要求】

年龄限 18 周岁以上(2001年 9月 7 日前出生),65 周岁以下(1954年 9 月7 日后出生)。

【健康要求】

越野跑是一项高负荷大强度长距离的跑步与户外运动结合的项目,也是一项高风险的竞技项目,对参赛选手身体状况有较高的要求,参赛选手应身体健康,有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练、跑山、野外徒步等基础。

有以下情况者不得参加本次比赛所设各项目比赛:

1、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;

2、高血压和脑血管疾病患者;

3、心肌炎和其它心脏病患者:

4、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者;

5、血糖过高或过少的糖尿病患者;

6、其他不适合运动的疾病患者。

在比赛中,因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失,由参赛选手个人承担责任。组委会要求所有参赛选手通过正规医疗机构进行体检(含心电图检查,体检报告须于比赛报到当日提交),并结合体检报告进行自我评估,确认自己的身体状况能够适应越野跑运动,才可报名参赛。

Entry

1)AGE LIMITS

Participants shall be at least 18 years old (born before September 7, 2001), and participants shall be below 65 years old (born after September 7, 1954)

2)Health Requirement

The Trail Running Race is an athletic sport of high intensity and great demand of endurance over a long distance which involves a degree of risk. As it raises high demand on the physical condition, participants are expected to have good health and some running, training or outdoor hiking experience.

People with the following conditions are not allowed to participate in all the competitions in the race:

1、congenital or rheumatic heart disease;

2、hypertension or cerebrovascular disease;

3、myocarditis or other cardiac diseases;

4、coronary artery disease or serious arrhythmia;

5、diabetes with too high or too low bloodsugar; or

6、other diseases unfit for sports.

All participants shall be liable for personal injury and property loss caused by personal health condition or other personal reasons during the event. Before the entry, participants are required to have physical check-up (including electrocardiographic examination which should be submitted on the day of check-in race) in qualified medical institutions, and make a self-evaluation to confirm if the physical condition is suitable for the event of their choice.

【经验要求】

因赛道难度系数高,参赛选手须谨慎评估自身运动能力与重视规律性训练:

100公里组:需提交最近1年内参加100km 或更长距离的越野赛完赛证明;

56 公里组:需提交最近 1 年内参加 50km 或更长距离的越野赛完赛证明;

33 公里组:需提交最近 1 年内全马证书或参加 21km(含)以上越野赛完赛证明。

3)Experience Requirement

The participants should be careful to assess their own athletic ability and pay attention to regular training due to the high degree of difficulty of the track:

100km: to submit the certificate of completing at least a trail-running race for 100km in the last one year;.

56km: to submit the certificate of completing at least a trail-running race for 50km in the last one year;.

33km: to submit the marathon finisher’s certificate or certificate of completing a trail-running race for 21km (including) in the last one year.

报名期间,所有报名者须阅读并同意《竞赛规程》、《参赛声明》、《风险提示》后按要求如实填写所有报名信息并提交,报名费用支付成功后,提交参赛资格审核,通过审核方才报名生效。报名工作截止后,选手可根据报名确认邮件查询参赛物品领取相关流程及相关要求。

During the registration period, all applicants must read and agree to the “competition rules”, “entry statement”, “risk warning “and then truthfully fill in all the registration information and submit them, and the application is valid only upon that the applicants pay the application fee successfully and submit the entry qualification which must be passed. After the registration deadline, the participants can check the relevant process and related requirements in accordance with the mail of registration confirmation.

【报名时间】

1. 报名:2019 年5月 30日(暂定)—7 月 30日,额满即止。

4)Registration

Time:May 30, 2019-July 30, 2019. Registrations are closed for all distances when quota is full.

The completion of registration is subject to the successful payment of the registration fee. The registration fee will be refunded if the qualification review does not pass with the completion of registration.

Once you are registered and qualified to race, your entry fee is not refundable.

The entry transfer is accepted untilAugust 5, 2019. Administration fee is ¥100 and you must find the qualified person to transfer your entry.

交通指南

参赛选手交通、食宿等费用自理。组委会提供赛期武功山景区指定线路的短程接驳(凭参赛号码布免费)。具体参见赛会接驳指南。

The participants are at their own expense of transportation, accommodation and other expenses. The Organizing Committee provides short-term access to the designated route of the race (free of charge for the participants with race bibs). More details in race guide.

医疗救护

(一)组委会将在赛道各检查站及起终点布置医疗及救援队伍,及时提供力所能及的医疗急救支持。参赛选手如遇途中需要紧急救助,请拨打号码布上的紧急联系电话与组委会联系,组委会将组织沿途急救人员寻找求救选手并提供协助。如因非赛事组织方过失发生不可抗力事由在内的危险情况致使参赛者在比赛过程中受到身体伤害,赛后将尽最大努力提供帮助及救援,但赛事组织方不承担由此给参赛者带来的任何伤害之直接或间接的赔偿责任。本条款同样适用于在比赛过程中提供服务的志愿者。

(二)赛道沿线,组委会将在特定区域设置志愿者,协助医疗救护、维护比赛秩序,参赛选手有问题可以向他们请求帮助。

Rescue and Medical Assistance

1) The Organizing Committee will arrange medical rescue team at checkpoints,the start and the finish timely to deal with emergency medical situation. Please contact the emergency number printed on the race bib for help when needed. If participant get injured in dangerous accident caused by unpredictable and irresistible force, the race organizer will do our best to provide rescue and assistance after the race, but will not bear direct or indirect liability for compensation. This is also applied for the volunteers.

2) Along the track, The Organizing Committee will assign volunteers in the specific areas to assist medical care and maintain the order of the race, the participants can ask for their help if necessary.

风险提示

越野跑是一项高负荷大强度长距离的跑步与户外结合的运动,也是一项高风险的竞技项目,对参赛选手身体状况有较高的要求,参赛选手应身体健康,有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练、跑山、野外徒步等基础。

有以下情况者不得参加本次比赛所设各项目比赛:
1. 先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;

请理性评估自身能力:

(1) 超长距离越野赛事的独特自然环境因素对参赛选手的体能和户外能力有较高要求,参赛选手应在赛前进行科学的系统性训练,对自身及关爱你的人负责,以理性的态度选择适合自己运动能力的赛事;

(2) 参赛选手应有能力和经验应对比赛过程中可能遇到的情况/问题;

(3) 参赛选手在山地赛道行进中可能遇到天气状况恶化(低温、强风、雨)以及其他困难,请认真备赛、研究赛道信息及携带必备装备;

(4) 参赛选手有能力在身体和精神层面独立对抗并应对极度疲乏、肠胃问题、肌肉酸痛和轻微肢体损伤;

(5) 超长距离越野跑运动要求参赛选手有独立应对野外的能力,积累相关经验和掌握野外生存技巧十分必要。

注意事项

所有参赛者必须由本人参赛,不得出现替跑或冒用他人身份信息参赛的情况;

所有参赛者的信息和参赛资格必须通过审核方可参赛。

赛中若遇到人体中的“运动性生理极限”状态,包括肌肉痛、关节痛,极强的疲劳感,包括有放弃的心理产生等。请以自身为重,理性放弃比赛,“咬牙”可能会导致生命危险。

每一个超长距离越野跑的运动员须以自身的体能控制运动节奏,切勿与他人攀比。

越野跑运动具有一定的危险性,可能导致摔伤、失温、中暑、电解质紊乱、甚至猝死的情况。

开赛前应注意合理饮食,适当饮水。

比赛鸣枪时,为了自己及他人安全,保持冷静,避免拥挤碰撞。

在每个补给点或补给点根据需要及时补充能量和水分,并在途中携带一定量的水和补给。

起跑或途中鞋带松落时,由路中间慢跑到路边,逐渐减速,停下重系。

途中出现腹痛,应放慢速度,改为步行,同时做深呼吸。

途中头晕目眩,应立即停止跑步,慢慢走上一段,如果情况好转再跑。

途中出现膝关节或踝关节疼痛,应立即放慢速度,改跑为走,如果还痛,请及时退赛。

当您即将到达终点时,应小幅度加速,切勿过于猛冲。

所有参赛者应遵守赛事纪律,不乱扔垃圾,遵守关门时间和服从赛事工作人员的安排,武功山高山环境特殊,徒步下撤需1-3小时,合理分配体能十分必要。

Please evaluation yourself rationally:

The unique natural environment of long distance race has higher requirements on the fitness and outdoor ability for the participants, so the participants should be scientifically and systematically trained before the race, and should be responsible for yourself and the people who are important to you, so as to choose the events that can fit your own movement with a rational attitude.

All participants should have the ability and experience to cope with the situations / problems may occur during the race:

Participants may encounter the weather deterioration during the race such as low temperature, strong wind, rain, etc. We strongly suggest that every participant have to pay highly attention to race preparation, know well of the course map, and take necessary equipment.

Participants are able to fight independently and cope with extreme fatigue, stomach problems, muscle aches and minor limb injuries physically and mentally;

The long distance race requires the participants to have the ability to separately deal with field, and it is also very important to accumulate related experience and master the necessary survival skills.

Notice:

All the participants must participate on their own, and the situation of taking the place of others to run or fraudulent use others identity are forbidden;

All of the information and qualification of the participants must be real and reviewed before the race.

If encountered with the state of “physiological limits of exercise” in body, including muscle pain, joint pain, fatigue strong sense, the psychology of giving up and so on. Please take care of yourself and rationally quit the race, “flaunt your superiority” may cause danger.

Participants of long distance race should control the rhythm of movement according to your own physical agility, and should not compare with others. Trail running has certain risk, which may lead to injury, loss of temperature, heat stroke, electrolyte disorder, and even sudden death.

The participants should pay attention to the reasonable diet and adequately drink water before start.

When starting the race, for the safety of yourself and others, the athletes should stay calm and avoid crowded collision.

The participants should timely replenish energy and water in each replenishment point , and carry a certain amount of water and supplies in the way.

If your shoelace loose at start or in the way, you can slowly jog from the middle of the road to the roadside, slowly turn down your speed and then stop.

If you get heavy abdominal pain in the way, you should slow down to walk, and take a deep breath.

If you feel dizzy in the way, you should immediately stop and then run slowly. You can go on a section until you feel better and then run again.

If you feel that your knee or ankle is painful in the way, you should immediately slow down running and change to go, if it still hurts, please promptly retire the race.

When you are approaching the end point, you should accelerate at small amplitude rather than dash.

All participants should comply with the event discipline, such as they should not casually littering, obey the closing time and follow the arrangement of the staff, because the mountain alpine environment is special, for walking down of the mountain will take 1 to 3 hours, so reasonable distribution of physical fitness is very necessary.

退赛

参赛选手如果选择在途中退赛,请自行前往距离最近的检查站,告知工作人员、签署退赛声明并剪除号码。于检查站等待工作人员安排至赛事终点。若选手中途自行中止比赛并未告知组委会,将被视为弃赛,组委会不承担其之后的任何后果。

Withdraw

If drop out of the race on the course, please go to the nearest check point. A withdrawal statement is to be signed and your race bib will be cut off. Waiting for the staff to assist you to return to the Finish. If you drop out of the race on the course without notifying anybody, organizer will not take any responsibility for all sub sequences.
