NHL冰球学校：上海训练营
将NHL冰球文化、生活方式以及专业知识在快乐的环境中带给中国的俱乐部和孩子们，『NHL冰球学校：上海训练营』正式接受报名！
每站训练营将持续5天，适合U8、U10、U12的孩子！无论是初学者还是具有一定水平的小运动员，NHL冰球学校将为你量身打造最佳的训练内容，营造独特愉悦的冰球学习氛围。
学员还将获得全套NHL周边装备：球衣、T恤、帽子以及技巧评估报告卡！
The NHL Development Camp will run for 5 days, catering to all skill levels from beginner to advanced players, with a focus on fun and unique activities. Players will get a full NHL kit, complete with uniform, warm-up t-shirt, hat, and skill assessment report card.
训练项目
冰上训练：5天内针对不同的技术技巧，为孩子提供别具一格的训练项目。从一开始的单项训练开始，直到最后让孩子们在实际比赛中运动到所学所练。
On-Ice Individual Skills & Team Drills: The on-ice program will provide progressive development throughout the five days, advancing individual skills in every session. Working together with your teammates on full ice team systems, transitions and mini-games.
陆地训练：体验NHL职业球员赛前的热身方式，进行一定程度的力量训练及敏捷训练。
Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning: The off-ice program is a strength session similar to how NHL player’s train before the game. In addition, the conditioning portion looks at fast feet, building endurance. And educate players on the game of hockey, such as technical aspects, game situation, preparing for hockey, at-home training and more.
教练团队
教练团队由4位外籍教练组成。
Four foreign coaches will lead up the NHL Development Camp.
